CouchSurfing.com Banned/Blocked in Syria

As of yesterday, the 17th, it looks like the CouchSurfing Web site has been added to the list of sites banned/blocked/censored by the Syrian government.

For the moment, the site is still accessible by direct IP address (http://216.180.243.138), or the alternate .org address (http://couchsurfing.org).

omg! why do they bann couchsurfing.com? Couchsurfing is such a cool thing.. I do not really understand that
